Siebenklein is a small family business. The self-made entrepreneur takes on most of these tasks. She takes care of the purchasing, design, conception and cutting, sewing, and shipping.

However, she also gets support in many things. 
Her father-in-law helps with the bookkeeping, the siblings take care of computer-related matters, and her best friend supports her with photographic work. Her parents and mother-in-law also get involved: They drive to the regional markets and sell the produced goods.
 

None of this would be possible, however, if she had not inherited the ability to master the tailoring trade almost perfectly from her grandmother.
